Ty'n Llan, is centrally heated & double glazed and will sleep eight in comfort. It has 4 double bedrooms, two on the ground floor, one with single beds, the other with a double bed.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms, one having two single beds and a cot and the other bedroom having TV and DVD and en-suite toilet facilities. The main shower room and toilet is on the ground floor, together with the large sitting room, complete with open fire and a dining area.

Outside there is a lawned garden area, patio and garden furniture, security and outside lighting.
 

Off the kitchen is a utility/drying room, together with a washing machine and drying rail.

The cottage also boasts a colour TV and video/DVD together with a radio and CD player. There is no telephone but most mobile networks cover the area.

Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are included in the fees.

Ty'n Llan is a non-smoking establishment. Pets are welcome by arrangement, however, bookings for all male fishing parties are not accepted. Ample parking is available.
